  • I've been searching for months now for the perfect double stroller for our twins. I want something that's easy to maneuver, relatively light, and can fit two car seats. My top option right now is the Stroll-Air My Duo, but it seems like it's hard to find and there aren't a lot of reviews out there. It's also super pricey... but if it can prevent me from needing to buy 2 different strollers to meet my needs, then I would consider it.

If you are buying a double stroller for twins, it is best to opt for a tandem stroller that can not only carry infants, but will also adapt once you’re little ones grow out of their infant car seats and can sit in the standard stroller seating until they are large toddlers.

  • Three of these are that are reviewed elsewhere. The other three were double strollers for the twins: a lightweight umbrella stroller for travel, a tandem stroller for public outings, and a double jogger for walks in the neighborhood.

Here, I review and compare the features of the best double strollers for twins including umbrella models, tandem strollers, and double joggers.

Double strollers for twins come in a couple of different configurations. The first decision to make when purchasing a double stroller is which configuration is best for the family. A standard has seating side-by-side. A configuration has the two seats, one behind the other, and a jogging stroller can have either configuration. However, a jogging stroller has three wheels, is generally lighter in weight, and can be less compact and configurable than other stroller designs. The newer stacked designs are modern looking and stack the seating for babies one above the other, similar to a bunk bed arrangement.
