  • "Our shared goal of serving our clients is what makes this acquisition a great fit for both Quizzle and Bankrate," said Todd Albery, Quizzle CEO. "Bankrate's financially savvy and engaged audience, paired with their leading partnerships and technology, will be a great home for Quizzle, while also making Bankrate the go-to destination on the Internet for personalized financial solutions."

Quizzle provides users with free credit scores and credit reports, as well as credit monitoring and identity protection. The acquisition of Quizzle marks the first time a Quicken Loans-conceived and built company has been acquired.

  • Secondly, Quizzle couldn’t confirm my identity. Which is weird considering I put the address I’ve been at for the past two years AND the address I lived at for the previous seven years. I really liked Quizzle. I’ve used it over 20 months and it really helped me see what I needed to, to repair my credit. It also gave me recommendations on what I should do. I originally did the free report, but I was trying to raise score as fast as I could so I got the paid plan…it was great. I saw all my activity, what I did right or wrong, and how it affected my score. I raised my score and was finally able to qualify for my home loan, then I quit the plan and I just get the free reports now.
